INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

1. The Administrator of your personal data provided by you is Tomasz Szymczyk conducting business under the name Pawi-One Tomasz Szymczyk, Wyzwolenia 8c/24 Street, 41-103 Siemianowice Śląskie, Poland NIP: 8133216973, REGON: 521359278, e-mail: info@iloverolki-iic.com, phone: +48607053741 (hereinafter: „Administrator”).

2. The Administrator processes the following personal data:

  • name and surname;
  • PESEL (if you have one), other personal identification number or date of birth (if you do not have a PESEL number);
  • nationality;
  • address of residence;
  • phone numer;
  • e-mail;
  • image.

3. The basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of the contract concluded with the Administrator – Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the RODO, the fulfillment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator – Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the RODO and the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator consisting in the prevention of fraud related to the performance of the contract and the enforcement of potential claims of the Administrator – Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the RODO.

4. The Administrator processes your image for marketing purposes based on the consent you eventually gave when registering for the training camp. Your image (including photos, videos and portraits) may be published, used and distributed in the press, occasional publications, brochures, electronic publications, websites, television and other media. Consent is voluntary, but is associated with a lower price for providing the service.

5. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the Administrator to perform the contract and is a condition for its conclusion.

6. Your personal data will be processed in order to perform the concluded agreement and will be stored by the Administrator for the duration of the contract, and then for the time resulting from the generally applicable law.

7. Recipients of your personal data, provided to the extent necessary, may be entities with whom the Administrator has entered into an agreement on the entrustment of personal data processing, including:

  • entities providing IT, accounting, tax or legal services, processing personal data on behalf of the Administrator;
  • operators of electronic payment systems;
  • entities providing hotel services for persons participating in the training camp;
  • other entities cooperating with the Administrator.

8. At any time you have the right to access your personal data, to correct, delete and limit their processing, to transfer and the right to object to the processing of personal data, the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing, which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

9. Your personal data will not be processed by automated means.

10. Your personal data will not be sent to a third country or international organization.
